The Vacuum Precision Seeder
The seeder works thanks to our unique seed drum. The seed pins extend through the drum skin and push the seed off at the exact moment it is to enter the ground. The pins also clean the holes every drum revolution, so that seeds are distributed consistently in even spacing.
The operator controls every aspect of the seeding. While on the move, he can control depth of the furrow, soil covering, compaction pressure, and can check and refill seed bins on the move.
The computer that controls the seeder is an industrial quality, all-weather, heavy-duty device that senses the tractor speed and the drum turn rate and adjusts this relationship to control the spacing of the seeds.
The operator needs only to enter the number of seeds that the nurseryman wishes to enter per foot, and the adjustments are made automatically.
